Abstract

The suspension of face-to-face classes in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic has led teachers to face new challenges. The current situation has made all students vulnerable to countless situations. The teacher must face these scenarios not only with the skills and innovations in virtual teaching, it is necessary to be more assertive and empathetic. Human beings learn through their emotions and adapting the use of videoconferencing tools achieves an approach in the cold virtual environment, trying to avoid the abandonment of classes by students, transmitting the contents with human warmth, motivation and affectivity to give continuity to the educational process.
