Abstract

COVID-19 has been the new imbalance for equality in the workplace around the world, this indicates that the figures in the feminine workload increase day by day. The jobs carried out by women, mostly, are not adaptable to the job alternatives generated by this health crisis, considering that most of them are executed in person. This article reflects about the inequalities women have in workloads regarding COVID-19 when they combine domestic-family activities; Despite the fact that the issue has been evaluated from different aspects, the existing disparity of feminine work is still evident. Concurrently, it shows information aimed at addressing, as a priority, the situation of these vulnerable groups, which will undoubtedly be, the most affected.
