Abstract

More than 1.3 billion students who were in their educational process worldwide have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, world and Ecuadorian education faces several challenges, because of From one moment to the next the entire educational environment changed completely, government decrees to stop the outbreak from spreading determined to close educational establishments, marking a significant gap in education. However, this national proposal of the profound transformations and innovation to guarantee access to education without discrimination is not possible based in our reality, for this reason this research analyzes the two educational contexts, the private system and the fiscal system, compared to the magnitude that this new era of learning demands, because not all students are in economic conditions to change the educational model radically.
